Responsibility

• Provide customer support to Zomato's customers via email, phone, and live chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues related to Zomato's products and services, including order placement, tracking, and delivery.
• Educate customers about Zomato's products and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
