As an Information Security Executive at Wipro, you will play a critical role in safeguarding Wipro's valuable assets and information from evolving cyber threats. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage information security strategies, policies, and procedures: Analyze Wipro's business objectives, regulatory requirements, and emerging cyber threats to formulate comprehensive information security strategies. Align information security policies with industry standards and best practices to protect Wipro's information assets.

  2. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans: Identify, assess, and prioritize potential information security risks across Wipro's IT infrastructure, applications, and data. Conduct regular vulnerability scans to identify and remediate security weaknesses before they can be exploited.

  3. Implement and manage security controls and technologies: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of appropriate security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), access control systems, and data encryption solutions.

  4. Respond to and manage information security incidents: Lead the investigation, containment, and recovery efforts in case of security incidents. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage incident response activities and minimize business disruptions.

  5. Stay up-to-date on evolving cyber threats and trends: Continuously monitor emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack methodologies. Attend industry conferences, workshops, and training programs to enhance cybersecurity knowledge and skills.
