Summary

As an Office Executive at Unacademy, you'll wear many hats, providing comprehensive administrative support to different departments. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, from managing calendars and scheduling meetings to processing invoices, travel arrangements, and maintaining databases. Your strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to prioritize effectively will be essential for excelling in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Provide efficient administrative support to assigned departments, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and booking travel arrangements.
Maintain and update databases, filing systems, and other records to ensure efficient information flow.
Prepare reports and presentations as needed by different departments.
Draft and compose business correspondence, emails, and other documents.
Assist with human resources tasks (e.g., filing, onboarding) as required.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a functional and efficient work environment.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining data confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role (an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Experience
