Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to assigned departments (e.g., Learning & Development, Marketing, Sales).
  • Manage calendars and schedules for team members, coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and process business documents (letters, reports, invoices, etc.) accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for efficient document retrieval.
  • Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate team members.
  • Process expense reports and travel requests according to company guidelines.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff as needed.
  • Prepare presentations and reports as required.
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office administrative role (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn new things.

Experience

This role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an office administrative role. Recent graduates with strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced environment are also encouraged to apply.
