Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to assigned departments or teams.
- Manage calendars and schedules for designated personnel, ensuring timely appointments and meetings.
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain databases with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Process and manage documents, including invoices, receipts, and other paperwork.
- Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Draft and compose basic correspondence, emails, and reports as instructed (if applicable).
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely restocking and efficient use.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in an administrative or customer service role (an internship may be considered).
