Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and following up on referrals.
- Qualify leads to identify potential customers with a genuine interest in Tata Motors passenger vehicles or commercial vehicles.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the unique features and benefits of our vehicles.
- Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure mutually beneficial sales agreements with customers.
- Close sales deals and ensure timely order processing and customer onboarding.
- Exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive trends, competitor offerings, and Tata Motors product features.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in sales training programs and workshops to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (freshers with strong communication and persuasion skills can also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Target-oriented and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
