Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for achieving sales targets by proactively engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the perfect Tata Motors vehicle. You'll build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to test drives and final purchase decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Lead Generation:
- Proactively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, following up on website inquiries, and networking within the local community.
- Understand customer needs and preferences through effective communication and active listening.
- Recommend and showcase Tata Motors vehicles that best suit each customer's requirements and budget.
- Effectively present vehicle features, benefits, and specifications, highlighting the value proposition of Tata Motors.
- Negotiate competitive deals and close sales, exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the sales process, fostering trust and loyalty for the Tata Motors brand.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale, ensuring a positive Tata Motors ownership experience.
- Sales Support and Reporting:
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records within the dealership's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall dealership sales goals.
- Stay updated on Tata Motors' latest products, promotions, and sales strategies through ongoing training programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or equivalent qualification (or actively pursuing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- A target-oriented and results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office Suite) and dealership CRM systems (a plus).
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
