The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for collecting overdue payments from customers and resolving delinquent accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers with overdue accounts to collect payments
• Develop and implement payment plans
• Negotiate settlements with customers
• Research and track customer accounts
• Resolve customer disputes and complaints
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
