You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions at Sun Pharma. You will also work closely with hiring managers to ensure that we are hiring the best possible talent to join our team.

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source and attract qualified candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify qualified candidates
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with candidates
• Work with hiring managers to assess candidates and make hiring recommendations
• Prepare and present job offers to candidates
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires
