Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial and operational audits of Sun Pharma's financial records and operations
• Identify and assess risks to Sun Pharma's financial integrity and compliance
• Make recommendations for improving Sun Pharma's internal controls and financial reporting
• Work with management to implement audit findings and recommendations
• Prepare and present audit reports to Sun Pharma's senior management and Board of Directors
