• Community management:
  • Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor online conversations and identify potential brand mentions and sentiment.
  • Proactively engage with followers and build positive relationships with the online community.
• Social media analytics:
  • Track and analyze social media performance using relevant metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth).
  • Generate reports and identify areas for improvement in the social media strategy.
