Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Supervisor to join our team. You will play a vital role in leading, supervising, and motivating a team of employees to achieve assigned production targets, ensure quality standards, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in your assigned area, and a commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of employees to achieve designated production targets and performance goals
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety protocols within your assigned area
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge
• Schedule, delegate, and monitor work tasks, ensuring efficient and timely completion
• Identify and address operational challenges, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Maintain accurate records and document production processes
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and other stakeholders
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and safety

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical field (preferred)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment (required)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and delegate tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the assigned area (e.g., production planning software)
