Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in computer skills and comfortable using various software programs (Microsoft Office Suite a plus).
