Description

Quality Control Coordinator

In this role, you will play a vital role in upholding Amazon's high standards for product quality and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying and resolving quality issues, and ensuring that products meet all safety and regulatory requirements. You will also work collaboratively with various teams to identify and implement process improvements to continuously enhance quality control measures.

  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing products to identify any defects or discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues by working with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality control procedures and findings.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify and implement process enhancements that optimize efficiency and effectiveness of quality control measures.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
