Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and debug software applications according to project requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using assigned programming languages.
Collaborate with engineers and other programmers to define software functionalities and technical specifications.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure software quality and functionality.
Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot software bugs and errors.
Stay up-to-date on the latest programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
Maintain and update existing codebases to improve performance and functionality.
Prepare technical documentation related to developed software applications.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a software development role (freshers with strong academic performance will also be considered).
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (C, C++, Java, Python, etc.).
Experience with object-oriented programming concepts and principles.
Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Experience

This role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a software development role. However, recent graduates with a strong academic background in computer science, a passion for programming, and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
