• Prepare and distribute payroll checks and direct deposit payments
• Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee time records, earnings statements, and tax withholding information
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, such as minimum wage, overtime pay, and tax withholding requirements
• Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly
