• Develop and implement cost accounting systems and procedures to ensure accurate and timely tracking of costs
• Analyze financial data to identify cost reduction opportunities and prepare reports for senior management
• Conduct variance analysis to identify and investigate discrepancies between actual costs and budgeted costs
• Prepare cost estimates for new products, services, and projects
• Provide cost accounting support to various departments, including Operations, Marketing, and Sales
