• Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve excellent customer service outcomes
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Train and coach customer service representatives on best practices
• Monitor and evaluate customer service performance
• Identify and resolve customer complaints
• Escalate complex customer issues to management
• Represent the bank at customer service events and functions
