• Develop and execute assurance plans for various areas of the bank, such as credit risk, operational risk, compliance, and financial reporting
• Lead and manage a team of auditors in conducting assurance engagements
• Identify, assess, and report on risks and control weaknesses
• Provide recommendations for improving the bank's internal controls and risk management processes
• Work closely with senior management to ensure that audit findings and recommendations are addressed
