Responsibility:

• Collection Champion:
  • Process customer payments through various channels (cash, cheque, online deposits, etc.).
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding outstanding payments and collection efforts.
• Financial Accuracy Ace:
  • Maintain detailed records of receivables, including invoices, payments, and adjustments.
  • Monitor customer accounts and initiate timely follow-up for overdue payments.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to track collection trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Team Player Extraordinaire:
  • Collaborate with other departments (accounting, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth information flow and resolve customer queries.
  • Adhere to bank policies and procedures, maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment with a helpful and professional attitude.
