Responsibility:

• Accuracy Maestro:
  • Process employee payroll data, including salaries, deductions, and benefits, ensuring meticulous accuracy.
  • Prepare and issue payslips, bank transfers, and other financial statements on schedule.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and update them with any changes in time.
• Compliance Champion:
  • Adhere to all relevant payroll regulations and tax laws, ensuring PNB's compliance.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll deductions, benefits, and tax implications.
  • Collaborate with other departments (HR, finance) to resolve payroll-related issues effectively.
• Team Player Extraordinaire:
