As an Office Executive, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and providing general administrative assistance.

  • Manage calendars and schedules for senior management and team members
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including maintaining inventory levels and ordering new supplies
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing correspondence
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling requests
