• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
• Lead a team of sales representatives and provide them with coaching and mentoring
• Identify and qualify new sales leads
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data
