Responsibilities:
- Guest Concierge: Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, address inquiries and concerns courteously, and ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Document Dynamo: Organize and manage guest documents, maintain accurate records, and handle invoicing and accounting tasks efficiently.
- Logistics Champion: Manage inventory of supplies and amenities, handle maintenance requests, and coordinate guest services to ensure a comfortable and well-equipped stay.
- Communication Bridge: Facilitate internal communication by routing calls, delivering messages, and ensuring smooth information flow between departments.
