• Set and track team goals and objectives
• Provide training and support to team members
• Conduct regular performance reviews
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Oyo Rooms' standards and procedures
• Resolve customer issues and complaints
• Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure a seamless guest experience
