Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival
• Check guests in and out
• Assign rooms to guests and show them to their rooms
• Provide guests with information about the hotel and the surrounding area
• Make reservations for restaurants, tours, and other activities
• Assist guests with any special requests or needs
• Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
