Responsibilities:
- Guest Welcome Wizard: Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth departure for every stay.
- Communication Champion: Act as a liaison between guests, housekeeping staff, and management, addressing inquiries, handling requests, and maintaining effective communication flow.
- Resource Maestro: Maintain office supplies, guest amenities, and inventory, anticipating needs and proactively ensuring every OYO has what it needs to delight guests.
- Documentation Dynamo: Manage guest paperwork, invoices, and reports accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards.
