Ola is looking for Customer Success Managers to help our customers achieve their business goals with Ola. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ride-sharing industry and experience in helping customers adopt and use new technologies. They will also be passionate about customer service and building relationships.

Responsibility

• Onboard new customers and help them get started with Ola.
• Develop and implement customer success plans to ensure that customers are using Ola to its full potential.
• Provide proactive support and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Build relationships with customers and act as their trusted advisor.
• Collect customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
