Summary:

The Customer Care Agent (Fresher) is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Ola's customers. This includes tasks such as answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing support for Ola's products and services. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to learn about customer service and gain experience in a leading Indian ride-hailing company.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide support for Ola's products and services, such as booking rides, using Ola Money, and understanding Ola's policies and procedures
• Collect and document customer feedback
• Escalate complex customer issues to the next level of support
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
