Nestlé is looking for a passionate and skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for providing first-line support to Nestlé employees for all of their IT needs, from troubleshooting technical issues to answering general questions about our IT systems and applications.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them as quickly as possible
  • Answer general questions about Nestlé's IT systems and applications
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Document and track all help desk tickets
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
