Develop and execute strategic sales plans: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop comprehensive sales plans aligned with Nestlé's overall business objectives and market strategies. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors, understanding their business needs and preferences to effectively promote Nestlé's products. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to secure placements and optimize distribution channels.

Generate sales leads and follow up: Identify and pursue potential sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, attending industry events, and conducting market research. Utilize effective communication and persuasion skills to generate qualified sales leads and convert them into profitable sales.

Provide product knowledge and sales support: Provide retailers and distributors with in-depth product knowledge, training, and sales support materials to enhance their understanding and promotion of Nestlé's products. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Monitor and report sales performance: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue growth, and market share. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to provide insights and recommendations to the Sales Manager.
