• Resolve customer issues related to Nestlé products, services, and orders
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Nestlé products and services
• Go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations and foster positive customer relationships
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the next level of support
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
