• Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned territories, exceeding sales targets consistently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key customers.
• Proactively identify and understand customer needs, offering solutions and product recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in training programs and industry events to continuously develop sales skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining ethical conduct in all business dealings.
