Nestlé is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Desktop Support Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as strong customer service skills. You will be responsible for providing technical support to Nestlé employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new systems, and providing training on new technologies.

• Provide technical support to Nestlé employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new systems, and providing training on new technologies
• Respond to and resolve user tickets in a timely and efficient manner
• Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager as needed
• Maintain and update Nestlé's IT infrastructure
• Document and troubleshoot technical issues
• Keep up to date on the latest technologies and trends
