• Research and troubleshoot customer issues, escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date on Nestlé products and services to provide accurate and informed information to customers
• Work with other members of the customer service team to ensure that customers receive the best possible support
