• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and social media.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Nestlé's products and services.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Nestlé's policies and procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Manager.
• Assist with other customer service tasks as needed.
