• Answer customer questions and concerns about Nestlé products and services
• Provide support and assistance to customers throughout the sales and after-sales process
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Nestlé products and services to provide accurate and informed information to customers
