• Greet and welcome visitors
• Provide information and assistance on Nestlé products and services
• Respond to customer and employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate travel and logistics for business trips
• Manage the office reception area and ensure that it is clean and organized
• Provide support to the customer service team with administrative tasks and other projects
