• Respond to employee and customer support requests promptly and professionally
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, such as computer problems, software problems, and network problems
• Provide information about Microsoft products and services
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
• Perform other help desk related tasks as assigned
