Mi is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong customer focus and a proven track record of success in providing technical support to end users. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, providing technical support and guidance to end users, and maintaining and updating Mi's IT infrastructure.

Responsibility

• • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Mi employees and customers
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users via phone, email, and chat
  • Install, configure, and maintain Mi's IT infrastructure
  • Update Mi's IT systems and software with the latest security patches and updates
  • Document and track all support tickets
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
