Mi is looking for a passionate and customer-centric Customer Service Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent customer service and leadership skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the customer experience at Mi, from pre-purchase to post-purchase. You will also be responsible for managing and training the customer service team, and for gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience at Mi
• Manage and train the customer service team
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Oversee the customer service process and ensure that all customers receive a positive experience
• Work with other departments to ensure that the customer experience is integrated throughout the company
