Mi is looking for passionate and experienced Customer Care Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for providing first-line customer support to Mi customers, resolving their issues, and providing them with a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, such as product problems, ordering problems, and technical problems
• Provide information about Mi products and services
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
• Perform other customer care related tasks as assigned
