You will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to Mi's customers, building and maintaining relationships with them, and resolving their issues and concerns.

• Provide world-class customer service to Mi's customers over the phone, email, and chat
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Resolve client issues and concerns
• Gather and analyze customer feedback
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
• Keep up to date on the latest Mi products and services
