Responsibilities:

  1. The Shopper's Guardian Angel:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, actively listening to their concerns and understanding their needs.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues, product queries, and order-related problems with patience and a smile.
    • Provide accurate and timely information about Meesho products, policies, and procedures, guiding shoppers to the right solution.

  2. Master of Information and Efficiency:
    • Stay updated on Meesho's latest offerings, policies, and procedures, ensuring accurate and current information for customers.
    • Effectively use internal systems and resources to research issues, track resolutions, and maintain accurate records.
    • Prioritize tasks effectively and work diligently to meet performance targets in a high-volume environment.
    • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer concerns.
