We are seeking energetic and customer-centric BPO Staff members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Support:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding Meesho's policies, products, and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and strive to exceed their expectations.
• Order Management and Tracking:
  • Assist customers with placing orders and tracking their progress.
  • Handle issues related to orders, such as cancellations, returns, and refunds.
  • Maintain accurate records and document customer interactions effectively.
• Data Entry and Reporting:
  • Enter customer data accurately into our systems.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of BPO processes and procedures.
