We are looking for a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our growing team as a BPO Staff. In this role, you will be the voice of Meesho, providing exceptional customer support to our users across various channels. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
