In this dynamic role, you'll be a champion for our Meesho community, tackling queries with a smile and resolving efficiency concerns. You'll wear many hats – from product expert to problem solver to trusted guide – building positive relationships and making every interaction a delight.

Responsibilities:

• Become the Meesho guru: Possess in-depth knowledge of Meesho's platform, processes, and policies, confidently guiding sellers and buyers through their journey.
• Unleash the power of empathy: Actively listen to customers' concerns, understand their needs, and provide accurate and helpful information in a friendly and patient manner.
• Master of solutions: Identify and resolve issues related to orders, payments, returns, and technical difficulties, working independently or collaborating with the team when needed.
