• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes.
• Adhere to established customer service guidelines and maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout interactions.
• Contribute to team goals and strive to achieve individual performance targets.
