• Resolution Mastermind: Work with customers and internal teams to identify and resolve issues related to deliveries, payments, and product information, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Knowledge Ambassador: Stay updated on Meesho policies, processes, and product knowledge to accurately advise customers and provide clear guidance.
