We are looking for a dedicated and customer-centric individual to join our Help Desk team as a Help Desk Staff. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent support to our sellers, resolving their queries efficiently, and helping them grow their businesses on Meesho.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to seller inquiries through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Investigate seller issues and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Explain Meesho's policies and procedures clearly and concisely.
  • Offer guidance and support to sellers on using the Meesho platform and tools.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of seller interactions and resolutions.
  • Analyze trends in seller inquiries and suggest improvements to the platform and support services.
  • Stay up-to-date with Meesho's latest features and updates.
  • Contribute to a positive and helpful work environment within the Help Desk team.
